Introduction

Healing from developmental and childhood trauma doesn’t always happen sitting still. Walk and Talk Therapy takes place outdoors—in nature, in motion. Many people find this approach grounding, energizing, and more natural than a traditional office setting. It can be especially powerful if you’ve carried the weight of old experiences in your body and are ready for a new way forward. Do you appear calm and capable on the outside but feel unsettled underneath? Do you sense that your past still shapes how you show up at work, in your relationships, or even in moments alone? You don’t have to keep carrying it by yourself. We believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken—it’s about reclaiming your voice, reconnecting with your inner strength, and moving forward with resilience. Together, we’ll create a space where healing and growth are possible. We are proud to be an LGBTQIA+ ally and to welcome clients from all racial, cultural, and religious backgrounds.
