Introduction

Hi, I’m Sarah, a Licensed Social Worker Associate. I bring over 10 years of experience in behavioral health, working with individuals, adolescents, and groups navigating trauma, substance use, and co-occurring mental health challenges. I’m especially passionate about supporting people through perinatal and postpartum experiences, men’s mental health, relationship challenges, substance use and recovery, and major life transitions. My work is grounded in the belief that you know yourself best. My role is to help you slow things down, reflect, and build insight so you can make meaningful, authentic changes. I aim to create a space that feels steady, practical, and honest. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to make sense of things, we can work together to move forward in a way that actually fits your life. I am currently practicing under the clinical supervision of Amanda Nguyen, LICSW, in accordance with Washington State requirements.
