Introduction

I believe therapy can be a space to reconnect with parts of ourselves that may have become lost, quiet, or difficult to access. You may understand yourself well and still find yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, feeling disconnected from who you are, or wondering what you actually want your life to look like. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where we can approach these questions with curiosity and compassion together. I enjoy working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, burnout, life and career transitions, identity, self-worth, relationship patterns, and questions of meaning and purpose. I’m especially drawn to working with artists and creative people, high achievers, highly sensitive people, and those exploring multicultural or mixed-race identity and belonging. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and experiential. Rather than viewing symptoms or coping patterns simply as things that are “wrong,” I’m interested in understanding how they developed - often as creative and adaptive ways of surviving, protecting ourselves, or responding to our relationships and environments. I also recognize that our experiences are shaped not only by our personal histories, but by culture, identity, systems, and the larger world around us. I integrate EMDR, somatic approaches, mindfulness, ACT, and expressive arts. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years working as a curator and program director in the arts, and creativity continues to deeply inform the way I approach this work. I believe imagery, expression, and imagination can offer meaningful pathways toward self-understanding, healing, and transformation. I see you as the expert on your own lived experience. My role is to be a guide and collaborator, bringing curiosity, reflection, tools, and support while honoring your autonomy and your own pace. Together, we can explore the patterns that have shaped you, reconnect with your own internal wisdom, and create more freedom to choose how you want to move through your life.
