Introduction

As a therapist, my goal is to help you recognize your strengths, develop the skills to cope, and live your life to its fullest potential, in whatever way that may look for you. For many of us, difficult emotions, thoughts, or behaviors get in the way and create roadblocks or barriers. My goal is to help you identify what keeps you feeling stuck in your life and, together, create simple solutions so that you can live a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I have extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with mental health and can help you navigate these in a way that feels caring, compassionate and non-judgmental. I want to create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore all parts of you so that healing and transformation can take place. I look forward to meeting with you soon!
