I work with teens and adults who are thoughtful, capable, and often highly attuned to the people around them, yet find themselves feeling anxious, self-critical, overwhelmed, or stuck in familiar patterns. Many are navigating perfectionism, trauma, relationship difficulties, addiction or recovery, compulsive behavior, or major life transitions. My approach is relational, attachment-informed, and active. Together, we look at how earlier experiences, relationships, and protective strategies may be shaping what is happening now. I am engaged in the process—I ask questions, make observations, notice patterns, and offer challenge when it may help us understand something more clearly. Depending on your needs, I may also integrate EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and family-systems concepts. Therapy is not only about insight. It is about developing greater self-trust, flexibility, and choice in how you respond to yourself, your relationships, and the experiences that matter most.
