I’ve always been someone people come to when they need to talk things through or make sense of what they’re feeling. My path into this work was shaped by both a long-standing interest in psychology and personal experiences with caregiving and loss, which taught me early on how complex and heavy life can be. I work with thoughtful, self-aware people who are used to holding things together, but feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck underneath it all. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, or patterns that just aren’t working anymore. My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in real conversation. I balance insight with practical tools, and I use humor and self-disclosure when it’s helpful to make the work feel more human and connected. Therapy with me is about understanding yourself more clearly and finding ways to move forward that actually feel sustainable.
