Introduction

I take a personalized, holistic approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities and collaborating with each client to tailor sessions to their unique needs, strengths, and goals. My experience includes supporting people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, life transitions, stress, grief and loss, domestic violence, family conflict, substance use concerns, and other life challenges. My goal is to help you build resilience, gain confidence, and create lasting change. I balance compassion with straightforwardness—offering empathy alongside gentle accountability—so you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow. I fiercely advocate for my clients and strive for everyone to leave feeling heard, empowered, and better equipped for whatever life brings. Reaching out takes courage, and it’s an honor to walk alongside my clients through hard moments. My hope is that every person who sits across from me feels respected and empowered to move toward the life they want.
