Introduction

Hello, I’m Sarah, an LCSW specializing in trauma treatment, grief and loss, therapy for first responders, and supporting addiction recovery. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing is prioritized. My approach is based on the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and meaningful change, whether navigating trauma, addiction, grief, or life’s transitions. I specialize in trauma treatment with EMDR, helping individuals heal from past wounds. I support first responders in managing emotional challenges and assist those struggling with addiction in finding recovery. Additionally, I guide individuals through grief and loss, helping them navigate painful emotions and find a healthy path forward. I currently offer virtual therapy for individuals and couples in Pennsylvania. Whether you’re struggling with the effects of trauma, the complexities of addiction, the process of grieving, or are simply seeking support through life's transitions, I’m here to help.
