Introduction

For more than 15 years, I've had the privilege of helping adolescents and adults better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and create lasting change. I believe therapy is about more than talking through problems—it's about gaining insight, learning practical skills, and discovering that lasting change is possible. Life can feel overwhelming. Maybe anxiety keeps your mind racing, relationships leave you emotionally drained, you're carrying the weight of past experiences, or you simply feel stuck and aren't sure how to move forward. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don't have to figure it out alone. One of my favorite moments in therapy is when a client suddenly says, "That makes so much sense." I love helping people connect the dots between their thoughts, emotions, nervous system, relationships, and life experiences. “I believe that when people understand why they think, feel, and react the way they do, they stop blaming themselves and start making meaningful change.” Together, we'll uncover the patterns that have been keeping you stuck, strengthen the skills that move you forward, and build a greater sense of confidence, resilience, and hope. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, stress, self-worth, boundaries, relationship challenges, social anxiety, and life transitions. As a Certified Trauma Therapist, I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and trauma-informed care. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and strengths. Clients often describe me as warm, insightful, down-to-earth, and encouraging. If you're looking for a therapist who will not only listen, but also teach, challenge, encourage, and equip you with practical tools for lasting growth, we may be a great fit. Whether you're working through a difficult season or simply want to understand yourself on a deeper level, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you build the life you want.
