Introduction

Hi, I’m Sarah, founder of Sarahpy, PLLC. Let’s keep it real: therapy works best when you can actually be yourself. If you are tired of the traditional, stuffy therapy dynamic where you just sit, nod, and feel analyzed, you’re in the right place. I believe healing happens through authentic connection, a little bit of humor, and a collaborative approach tailored entirely to who you are. Whether you are navigating deep-rooted trauma, riding the waves of an acute life crisis, or just trying to manage the daily chaos of anxiety and stress, we will tackle it together. My practice is built on the belief that mental wellness isn't just about what's happening in your head—it’s about your whole self. In our sessions, we might use traditional talk therapies like CBT, DBT, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). But we also recognize that your body holds onto stress and emotion. That’s why I love incorporating somatic movement, grounding poses, and nervous system regulation to help you truly process and release what's holding you back. Ultimately, therapy with me is a partnership. You can expect a warm, down-to-earth environment where you're encouraged to show up exactly as you are (and yes, that absolutely includes wearing your most comfortable clothes). Let’s skip the clinical pretense and get to work building a life that feels genuinely good to live.
