Introduction

I bring 30 years of experience in education and social work to my practice, working with children, teenagers, and adults across the lifespan. I've developed expertise in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and many other challenges—drawing on a diverse toolkit of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and art therapy. Whether you're navigating family conflict, processing trauma, managing a chronic condition, or supporting a child through behavioral or emotional struggles, I tailor my approach to meet you where you are. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, and I'm comfortable treating everyone from toddlers to older adults. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and BCBS insurance. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support your journey toward healing and growth.
