I believe in the inherent health and resilience within each person, even when life's challenges have obscured it. Over my career, I've worked compassionately with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and identity questions—including transgender clients seeking affirming, skilled support. My approach draws on multiple modalities: I'm a trained art therapist who uses creative expression to access deeper material, a long-time meditator in Buddhist traditions who brings contemplative and compassion practices into sessions, and I'm trained in somatic awareness and trauma work. Whether through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, or expressive arts, I help clients reconnect with their true selves and reclaim their natural state of well-being. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan—from young adults through elders—and I'm genuinely present to each person's unique process. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accept most major Washington insurance plans, and am currently accepting new clients.
