My current positions are a School Adjustment Counselor at a 6-8 Middle School in Walpole, MA as well as an Outpatient Clinician working with ages 6-21. My experience and passion is in working with children and adolescents with disabilities, as well as social/emotional/behavioral disorders, and their families. My clinical experience is in working with students who have identified educational disabilities, as well as those who present with: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Attention Deficit (Hyperactivity) Disorder, Depression, and Trauma. My therapeutic approach is one that is client-centered and utilizes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Play Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. My work experience in a variety of settings such as schools, nonprofit organizations, and summer therapeutic programs, show my passion for children with a variety of needs. I possess strong leadership skills and an empathic nature that are effective when working in collaboration with others. My hope is to positively influence the lives of children through working with their identified supportive adults in an environment that assists them in leading lives that have true personal meaning.
