Introduction

At Transformative Solutions, we believe meaningful change rarely comes from a one-size-fits-all approach. Our practice brings together traditional mental health therapy, integrative mental health coaching, and thoughtfully selected complementary and psychedelic-informed approaches to support the whole person. Our team includes Sarah, a Registered Nurse, Certified Integrative Mental Health Coach and Certified Microdosing Coach, and Gay, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. Together, we offer different but complementary approaches grounded in safety, compassion, education, and respect for each person’s individual experience. Above all, we believe people deserve to feel safe, heard, respected, and actively involved in their own care. Whether you are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, or simply know that something in your life needs to change, our goal is to help you better understand yourself, build resilience, strengthen connection, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. Meet Sarah: Sarah has been a Registered Nurse for more than 32 years, caring for people across a variety of healthcare settings. Her background in traditional medicine, combined with her own experiences searching for something beyond conventional approaches, eventually led her to the emerging field of psychedelic and integrative mental health. Sarah is a Certified Integrative Mental Health Coach & Certified Microdosing Coach with additional training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, psychopharmacology, preparation, integration, and complementary approaches to emotional well-being. Safety and education are central to her work, and she is passionate about helping people approach these medicines thoughtfully, intentionally, and with a greater understanding of both their potential and their limitations. Her interest in this work is also personal. After struggling with depression and taking antidepressants for more than 20 years, Sarah began exploring alternative approaches that ultimately changed the way she understood her own mental health and well-being. That experience became the foundation for the work she does today: helping others become more informed, intentional, and active participants in their own growth. Sarah offers Microdosing Coaching, Mental Health Coaching, psychedelic preparation and integration support, and other individualized services. She and her husband also offer the Rekindle Couples Experience, designed to help couples deepen connection, move beyond longstanding patterns, and create greater openness and intimacy in their relationship. Sarah is currently accepting new clients both in person and through telehealth. Meet Gay: Gay has worked as a licensed mental health therapist in the Lewis Clark Valley for over 8 years specializing in adult and childhood trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Gender and LGBTQA+ issues and sexual trauma. "I have always had a passion for helping people. Through the course of my life, I have learned the more I heal myself, the more I can help others heal. My goal as a therapist is to help you find ways that are in alignment with your values and beliefs although sometimes this takes challenging your belief system to see if it is hindering your process. I provide a safe space for you to talk and truly be heard as you learn how to navigate the messiness I call life and help you find the answers and meaning to your life experiences." "I have a real passion for helping people heal from childhood trauma and other traumas they have endured. It is only through me working on healing my own traumas that I am able to help people heal through theirs. Through my own process I have learned a lot about myself and have done extensive work in healing negative patterns and behaviors that hindered my progress in having healthy relationships. We have all learned unhealthy coping mechanisms and I love to hold space for people to sort out their healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms. I believe as we work on ourselves and grow in self-love and compassion, we help others heal and grow, creating a more loving community." Gay is currently accepting new clients on a very limited basis.
