Introduction

You might be used to keeping everything together, showing up for other people, and pushing through even when something underneath doesn’t feel quite right. Maybe you’re overthinking everything, feeling stuck in the same relationship patterns, questioning who you are or what you want, or simply realizing that the way you’ve been coping isn’t working anymore. Therapy with me is a place to slow things down and get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll look at the patterns, relationships, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped how you understand yourself and connect with others. I’m engaged and collaborative in session, which means I won’t just sit silently while you try to figure everything out on your own. I’ll ask questions, offer observations, and gently challenge you when it may be helpful. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, self-esteem, women’s issues, burnout, and major life transitions. My goal is not just to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you understand yourself more clearly and make choices that feel more intentional and more like your own.
