Introduction

Hello! I'm Sarah, and I love being a therapist. I aim to have this love come through in the work I do with my clients. I am a dually licensed marriage and family therapist in MN and WI. I see individuals, couples, and families in my practice. I have worked in the mental health and addiction recovery field for 10 years as a mental health and family services professional. In the spring of 2025, I began in private practice. I specialize working with individuals who are currently, or who have previously, struggled with substance use disorder or are in recovery. I also specialize in supporting family members who are impacted by a loved one’s substance use and/or mental health concerns. I am certified in CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) to support families in implementing evidenced-based skills, to encourage non-substance using behaviors, while taking care of themselves. Are you looking for support for yourself or someone you love? Let's see if we're a good fit! Feel free to request a FREE 15-minute phone consult. No obligation to move forward after we speak.
