Introduction

Therapy for Women I typically work with women who feel they've lost their footing; exhausted from trying to hold everything together, often after a major change, but sometimes for reasons that are hard to even name. In our work together, I'll walk alongside you as we unravel what's gotten tangled. You can expect me to be curious, non-judgmental, patient, and empathetic. Together we'll clarify what you want and map a real path toward it. My practice is an affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients and those navigating experiences at the intersection of identity and systemic stress, including racial trauma. Who I Serve Therapy for Professional Women Women continue to face higher levels of work-related stress compared to men. We often have to think carefully about how we communicate just to be heard and respected, navigate complex barriers on the path to leadership and career growth, and carry the weight of family obligations on top of it all. Therapy for Women in Life Transitions Adjusting to life transitions can be challenging. Moving, starting a new job, losing a job, dating, ending a relationship, getting married, getting divorced, family planning, perimenopause and menopause, and retirement are just a few of the changes that can shake your sense of stability. I'll work with you to find your footing and help you adapt in healthy ways. Therapy for College and Graduate Students Leaving home, gaining independence, finding your way in a new city, adjusting to new academic pressures; these shifts can be more emotionally demanding than you anticipate. I work with women during these new phases of life to help them adapt in healthy and sustainable ways. Therapy for Young Women (Ages 15–18) School, friend dynamics, extracurriculars, home life, decisions about life after high school, and social media; the pressures on young women today are real and relentless. I work with stressed teens to build coping skills that are both effective and genuinely theirs.
