I've spent 27 years working with individuals, couples, and families through life's most challenging moments, and I've learned that hope is always possible—even when it doesn't feel that way. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, work stress, and so much more. Whether you're processing past abuse, managing anger, facing a major life transition like adoption or blended family dynamics, or simply feeling burned out, I'm here to meet you where you are. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral techniques, and family/marital therapy to help you build practical skills and deeper understanding. I offer individual sessions, couples and family counseling, and group work—all available both in-person and via telehealth. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support your journey toward healing and growth.
