Introduction

I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to better understand the patterns shaping their relationships and create healthier ways of communicating and connecting. Many of my clients are navigating recurring conflict, disconnection, addiction and recovery, or significant relationship transitions, including separation, divorce, remarriage, and blended-family life. My approach is warm, active, and collaborative. Using a systemic, evidence-informed lens, I help clients explore how family-of-origin experiences, relationship dynamics, personal beliefs, and current circumstances may be influencing the way they relate to themselves and others. Together, we slow down difficult interactions, identify the patterns beneath conflict, and explore new possibilities for moving forward. When helpful, I offer observations, ask direct questions, and draw attention to dynamics that can be difficult to recognize from inside a relationship. I may also incorporate mind-body awareness, holistic wellness, spirituality, and creative expression when these approaches are meaningful to the client. I believe lasting change begins with deeper understanding. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen resilience, communicate more effectively, and build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and the people who matter most. I am an MFT-LP in New York and an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in New Jersey and Connecticut, practicing under clinical supervision. I offer virtual therapy to clients located in all three states.
