Introduction

I work with individuals across the lifespan—from teenagers through elders—who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the particular pain of religious trauma. My approach is deeply trauma-informed, weaving mindfulness and compassion into every session. I draw from several evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and art therapy, tailoring my toolkit to what resonates with you. Whether you're processing a specific wound, managing ongoing anxiety, or rebuilding your relationship with spirituality and yourself, I create a space where you can heal at your own pace. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, so you can choose what feels most comfortable. If you're ready to begin, I'm here to support you.
