Introduction

It's not easy to reach out for help. My pasion is to make therapy accessible and welcoming. I bring many years of experience in social service/mental health settings (crisis intervention, inpatient, intensive outpatient, etc). As a therapist, I'm intensively training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Internal Family Systems, EMDR and the Gottman Method. I'm open to lifelong learning and use the tools I acquire to help other in their journey towards growth and healing. Recently, I've begun offering clinical supervision and consultation for new and growing therapists.
