Introduction

I specialize in guiding women to step into their power to create lives of authenticity, joy, and purpose. I believe that the experiences of all women are sacred. When women gain the tools to heal themselves, engage life from a place of worthiness, and awaken to their full creative potential, we have the power to transform the world. When we are able to integrate experiences of trauma, reclaim the parts of ourselves that have been impacted by systems of oppression, and release any limiting beliefs that are blocking our highest expression of our creative power, we are better equipped to author the next chapter in alignment with our core desires and soul’s purpose. I am a certified maternal mental health specialist and find great joy in supporting women on the journey of motherhood. In working with me you can expect deep listening, honest feedback, and thoughtful invitations for reflection.
