I am a dually licensed therapist w/decades of well rounded clinical experience (suicide hotline, inpatient psychiatry, psychiatric partial hospitalization, group psychotherapy, private practice, intake/triage, emergency services, crisis intervention, community mental health, school based, residential, long-term care, & hospice). With my background in counseling, psychology, and social work, you will feel at ease in telling your unique life story. We can work on your concerns at your pace. I utilize CBT, evidenced based practices, psychoeducation, depth work, and an eclectic approach in order for you to achieve your specific goals.
