Life can be messy sometimes. Do you feel overwhelmed or wish you had someone to help you navigate through the challenges and unexpected turns? Have you ever wondered why life can feel so hard and lonely at times? Helping you make sense of this messiness is my passion. I am here to offer support in a nonjudgmental and warm environment, complete with occasional laughter that’s good for the soul. I assist clients dealing with perinatal mental health struggles, divorce, parenting challenges, self-esteem growth, anxiety, depression, and a wide variety of issues that impact overall quality of life. My office provides an open, compassionate, and accepting atmosphere that nurtures growth and healing. I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health. Previously, I worked as a professor in the graduate Social Work program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. If you need a safe space to just “BE,” please reach out to me today.
