I am a dedicated mental health practitioner who has been practicing since 2013, with extensive experience working with individuals experiencing SPMI (Serious and Persistent Mental Illness). I have a particular passion for supporting clients with emotion dysregulation and helping individuals better understand and manage their emotional experiences. My approach is collaborative and client-led, creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their own care. I value meeting people where they are and working together to identify goals, strengths, and strategies that feel meaningful to the individual. With personal insight into how mental health disorders can impact a person’s life, I bring empathy, understanding, and a genuine desire to connect with clients beyond their diagnosis. I believe that effective mental health care starts with collaboration, trust, and recognizing the person behind the disorder.
