Introduction

At The Healing + Feeling Collective, I offer therapeutic services via Telehealth to children, adolescents, families, and teens—and also enjoy supporting young adults, the LGBTQIA + community, neurodivergent folks, parents, veterans, and older adults through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and client-centered, grounded in the belief that every person already holds the strengths they need to grow and heal. With specialized training in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT-informed strategies, elements of play in therapy, and solution-focused work. My style is eclectic and collaborative, so I tailor each session to meet your unique needs while creating a space where you feel safe, seen, accepted, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating parenting, identity, emotional overwhelm, or seeking support for you, your child or teen, I’m here to walk alongside you without judgment or shame. I believe healing begins with feeling—and together, we’ll uncover the tools already within you.
