Introduction

At TTI, we provide personalized mental health support and coaching designed to meet your unique needs. Based in Branson, Missouri, we offer in-person counseling and coaching sessions locally and telehealth services nationwide, making our expertise accessible wherever you are. Sarai Lajas MA, LPC EMDR Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor Sarai Lajas is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma recovery, EMDR therapy, and relational repair. She works with individuals and couples experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, and other emotional challenges, providing individualized therapy based on each client's needs and goals. Sarai is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence based approach widely used in the treatment of trauma and distressing life experiences. Her work focuses on helping clients process difficult experiences, reduce the emotional impact of traumatic memories, and develop healthier emotional and relational patterns. In addition to her EMDR training, Sarai is Gottman Level 1 trained and holds advanced certifications in Life Languages™ and Couples Coaching™, as well as Prepare & Enrich™. She incorporates these areas of training into her work with individuals and couples to support communication, relationship health, emotional understanding, and personal growth. Sarai provides counseling and EMDR therapy in Branson, Missouri, as well as through telehealth where permitted. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and provides services in both languages. Her approach is compassionate, individualized, and grounded in the belief that meaningful therapeutic change begins with understanding each client's unique experiences, relationships, and goals. Nathaniel Ortiz - McClure MCH, CTIC Nathaniel Ortiz - McClure is a therapist and Licensed Master Hypnotherapist who helps individuals work through trauma, anxiety, grief, stress, relationship challenges, and the emotional patterns that can make it difficult to move forward. His approach is compassionate, individualized, and focused on creating meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy session. Nate believes effective therapy begins with understanding the whole person. Past experiences can shape the way we think, feel, communicate, respond to stress, and relate to others, sometimes long after the original experience has passed. His work helps clients recognize these patterns, understand where they come from, and develop healthier ways of responding. In addition to providing therapy, Nate has advanced expertise in therapeutic hypnotherapy. When appropriate, hypnosis can be integrated into treatment to help clients work with deeply established patterns and behaviors, including anxiety and stress, unwanted habits, confidence, emotional regulation, memory and recall, and other concerns that may be influenced by subconscious patterns. Nate's professional training includes clinical hypnotherapy, trauma informed practice, NLP, and Life Languages™ communication. He draws from these areas of expertise to create an approach tailored to each individual rather than relying on a one size fits all method. For clients looking for a therapist who can look beyond the surface of a problem and address the patterns underneath it, Nate offers a unique combination of therapeutic expertise and specialized hypnotherapy. Nate also provides online therapy and hypnotherapy through his sister practice, The Quiet Mind Method. Clients who would like to work directly with Nate through telehealth can learn more and schedule with him through his practice's Facebook page: The Quiet Mind Method: https://www.facebook.com/thequietmindmethod/ Our Collaborative Approach At Trauma Therapy Intensives and Coaching, we believe that effective therapy begins with finding the right approach for each individual. Sarai Lajas and Nathaniel Ortiz - McClure bring different areas of specialized training and experience to the practice, allowing clients to receive individualized care based on their unique needs and goals. Both providers work directly with clients and offer therapeutic support for trauma, anxiety, grief, stress, relationship concerns, and other challenges that can affect emotional well being. Their individual areas of expertise allow TTI to offer a broader range of therapeutic approaches while maintaining a personalized experience for every client. When appropriate, Sarai and Nate may collaborate or consult with one another to ensure that clients receive the most appropriate support and benefit from the combined perspective of the practice. When a client's needs are better suited to one provider's particular expertise, clients may also be referred within the practice to ensure they are connected with the right professional. The goal is simple: to provide compassionate, professional, individualized care and to help every client find an approach that fits where they are and where they want to go.
