Introduction

Restructuring Your Path to Connection Life can often feel like navigating without a compass. When high anxiety, depression, or profound stress hits, or when relationships feel distant, it’s a clear sign that your internal navigational system is offline. The old patterns are no longer leading you toward your true North. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I offer a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space to help you recalibrate your internal compass. Through my fully virtual practice, we will work together to restructure your current path, redirecting your energy and focus to build the fulfilling life and resilient relationships you desire. My Collaborative Approach My practice is centered on identifying the core issues and equipping you with practical tools from an integrative framework (EFT, Solution-Focused, and CBT) to achieve sustainable change. We work together to define a clear, intentional course, shifting you from feeling lost to feeling empowered. Specialties include: Individuals: I assist adults navigating challenging life transitions, managing the symptoms of anxiety and depression, reducing chronic stress, and resolving complex family turmoil. We focus on re-orienting your direction and fostering resilience and self-compassion. Couples: I specialize in helping partners restructure their connection and communication, especially following breaches of trust like infidelity or during periods of lack of intimacy and high conflict. I strive to create mutual understanding and acceptance, allowing you both to redirect your focus toward a deeply connected and passionate relationship. Professional Background: My desire to improve the quality of human life is the foundation of my work. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. I currently offer telehealth appointments Monday through Thursday, with evening appointments available to accommodate busy schedules. Ready to take the next step on your wellness journey?
