Welcome. I'm Sarika M. Griffin, LCSW, LIMHP, LISW, and the founder of You're More Than Enough Counseling and Consulting. I believe that healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My passion for this work comes from years of supporting individuals through trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life's most difficult transitions while helping them rediscover their strength and sense of self. I specialize in working with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and life transitions. I have extensive experience supporting survivors of interpersonal violence, as well as Black women who often carry the weight of being "the strong one." I also work with couples seeking to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create healthier, more connected relationships. My approach to therapy is collaborative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic interventions, and solution-focused therapy to create treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs and goals. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or simply ready to invest in yourself, therapy can be a place where healing and growth begin. My goal is to provide a compassionate, affirming environment where you can process your experiences, develop practical coping skills, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with the version of yourself that may have been buried beneath stress, trauma, or self-doubt. You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Together, we'll work toward helping you move from simply surviving to living a life grounded in confidence, resilience, and the belief that you are—and have always been—more than enough.
