Introduction

Hello, and welcome. I’m Sarné Darby, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, founder of New Hope Psychiatry & Wellness. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional with more than 15 years of healthcare experience. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, stress, life transitions, and other mood-related concerns. I believe that meaningful healing begins with feeling heard. My approach is warm, collaborative, and patient-centered, and I take the time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that combines the best available evidence with practical strategies that support your overall well-being. In addition to comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy, I incorporate an integrative approach to mental health when appropriate. This means considering the many factors that influence emotional wellness—including sleep, nutrition, physical health, stress, lifestyle habits, and social support—while using evidence-based psychiatric treatments to help you achieve lasting improvement. Whether you're navigating a recent life challenge or have been struggling for years, my goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll identify barriers to wellness, build on your strengths, and create a path toward greater emotional health, resilience, and hope. At New Hope Psychiatry & Wellness, we believe healing is possible. Every person deserves compassionate, personalized mental health care that treats the whole person—not just the symptoms. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, balance, and lasting wellness. **Where hope begins and healing continues.**
