Introduction

Hello, and welcome. I’m Sarné Darby, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, founder of New Hope Psychiatry & Wellness. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of healthcare experience. I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, stress, and life transitions. I believe that effective treatment begins with listening. My approach is warm, collaborative, and patient-centered, allowing us to work together to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values. I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking help for a recent challenge or have been struggling for years, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we can identify barriers to wellness, build on your strengths, and create a path toward lasting emotional well-being. At New Hope Psychiatry & Wellness, we believe that healing is possible and that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater balance, resilience, and hope.
