Introduction

Saryn Ulrich, LMSW works with teens and adults who are seeking clinical support with mild to significant symptoms that often get in the way of living a life full of clarity, compassion, or creativity. Healing is more than "fixing" our thoughts. It's actually listening, feeling, and moving towards lasting healing. Saryn is trained in multiple approaches, but enjoys IFS and EMDR, as well as using attachment theory, other somatic approaches, and trauma-informed methods to create safety and nervous system regulation. Together, we work as a team to allow healing that moves at your pace.
