Some parts of us speak loudly, our thoughts, our obligations, our performance. Other parts whisper, tension in the chest, unmet needs, quiet exhaustion we can’t explain. I help people learn how to listen to the parts they’ve been taught to ignore. My role is to help you become more curious about yourself. Not just the parts that are easy to understand, but the subtler patterns that drive emotional discomfort, disconnection, or behavior that doesn’t quite align with your values. What I hope you'll be able to take away from sessions is to understand the “why” beneath your emotions and behaviors, so that you can respond to life with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. In our work, we'll seek to build the emotional skills needed to create lasting change in your relationships—with others, and with yourself. Clients often report feeling stuck in loops of emotional reactivity, burnt out, or longing for more ease in their relationships. They often leave with clarity, emotional resilience, and the confidence to advocate for their needs without guilt or self-doubt.
