Introduction

Dry Bone Co is a private therapy practice dedicated to providing compassionate mental health services for individuals, families, and couples in the Mobile Bay and Chicagoland area. Our work is grounded in a trauma-informed lens and an awareness of the broader systems, cultures, and communities that shape who we are. We strive to provide accessible, evidence-based support for anxiety, depression, and more, while working with clients to create a space where they can show up honestly, explore their experiences with care, and make sense of the complexities and uncertainties of life at a pace that feels right for them. We approach this work not as experts with all the answers, but as fellow humans—committed to learning and unlearning, grounded in connection, and guided by the belief that meaningful change happens within relationship. Wherever you find yourself, and whatever you may be carrying, know that you are welcomed here.
