Welcome! I'm Savahna, a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of experience helping individuals in various settings, from all walks of life, who are navigating challenges on their own path. I have experience supporting individuals who are experiencing distress from trauma, anxiety, depression, health challenges, life adjustments, and relationship issues. I utilize a compassionate, integrative, and person-centered approach through various evidence-based, therapeutic interventions to assist you on your journey of growth and healing. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). I incorporate concepts from CBT, Internal Family Systems, Parts Work, and Mindfulness to guide our sessions.
