I believe therapy is a journey that can look different for everyone. Whatever the journey looks like for you, I am here to support, listen, and help find new paths forward. I work from a person-centered approach and consider the client to be the expert on their own life. Through our therapeutic process we’ll explore your unique experiences, goals, and values in a way that feels right for you. By working together we get the chance to discover a clearer perception of who you are and find the tools that best help you live the life you want to live. Within my practice I am passionate about creating safe spaces for self exploration. I work to ensure you have a therapeutic space that is nonjudgmental, warm, and compassionate. I also strive to offer you techniques that are uniquely tailored to you and your needs. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance-commitment therapy (ACT), somatic therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and motivational interviewing (MI). I hold a Master of Science Clinical Mental Counseling degree from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Washington University.
