My path into therapy started with a background in performance psychology and a genuine curiosity about why we respond to life the way we do. Over time, that interest grew beyond performance and into wanting to better understand the experiences, relationships, and environments that shape us. I tend to approach therapy with curiosity rather than judgment. I believe that most behaviors and coping patterns make sense when we understand enough of the story behind them. Sometimes the things that helped us get through one season of life are the same things that leave us feeling stuck in another. At The Healing Fields Foundation, I work with clients who may be navigating anxiety, changes in relationships or identity, parenting, difficult past experiences, or simply a season of life that feels heavier than usual. I don't expect you to come into therapy knowing exactly what's wrong or what you need. We can figure that out together. My goal is for therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest, better understand yourself, and work toward changes that actually fit your life.
