Introduction

I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have to have everything figured out. Life can be complicated, and sometimes we need a safe space to slow down, make sense of what we’re experiencing, and figure out where to go from here. My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized. I enjoy helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and past experiences while developing practical tools they can carry with them outside of the therapy room. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you work toward where you want to be. I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing concerns such as anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, body image and eating concerns, life transitions, and the challenges that can come with school, college, and adulthood. I especially enjoy working with adolescents and women as they navigate identity, relationships, self-worth, and the complexities of being a woman. For clients who are interested, I also offer Christian counseling and am happy to incorporate faith into therapy in a way that is respectful, nonjudgmental, and guided by your beliefs and comfort level.
