Introduction

Accepting new clients & offering Gender Affirming Care letters! You may be the strong one, the fixer, or the person everyone else leans on- but that doesn’t mean you have to keep carrying everything alone. My clients often come to therapy navigating complex family roles, religious wounds, intimacy concerns, identity shifts, trauma, OCD, health anxiety, or relationship stress. Many have spent years feeling disconnected from themselves, their bodies, or what they actually need. As a Certified Sex and Couple-Informed Professional (CSTIP), I also work with concerns related to sexual wellness, low desire, intimacy, body image, relationship dynamics, and the impact of purity culture or faith-based messages on sexuality and self-worth. I use a combination of EMDR, CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. Together, we can work on both the practical tools that help you feel more grounded day-to-day and the deeper experiences, beliefs, and patterns that may still be keeping you stuck. I especially enjoy helping clients explore sexuality, intimacy, religious deconstruction, relationship patterns, trauma, identity, and the process of reconnecting with themselves. My goal is to offer a space that feels warm, real, collaborative, and judgment-free-where you can talk about the things that may feel difficult to say anywhere else. Call, text, or visit the website to schedule.
