Introduction

You may be questioning who you are, how you relate to others, or why certain issues keep showing up in your life. Trauma, major life changes, or unhealthy patterns may have left you feeling disconnected or unsure of your next steps. You want to feel more grounded, authentic, and confident in your relationships and decisions, with support that affirms your experiences and identity. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Virginia (VA0810008665) with PSYPACT authorization (APIT#: 20655) to see clients via telehealth in 43 states and the District of Columbia. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), and identity exploration. My approach is trauma-informed, affirming, and collaborative, with an emphasis on helping you better understand yourself while building practical skills for daily life. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, translating them into tools you can actually use. Therapy with me is supportive, sex-positive, and goal-oriented. Together, we’ll work toward greater alignment with your values, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self. At this time, I am not in-network with any health insurance. However, I can generate superbills, which you can submit for reimbursement through your insurance's out-of-network benefits.
