Introduction

Welcome! I'm Sav Raynor(they/them) and I believe it is my job to collaborate with my clients to create a Narrative that feels authentic and attuned to passions, identities, and values. We often get lost in what we feel like we should or can't do, which confines us in little boxes that make it hard for us to feel vibrant and celebrate our uniqueness. When we explore and deconstruct the social constraints and the context of the environment that shaped us, we begin to discover the biases that don't align with our personal experiences or beliefs. This grants the autonomy and freedom to get in touch with our most core self and better understand how we interact with our world. I specialize in helping people affirm who they are as individuals and in their relationships. I help folks feel confident in who they are so they can have healthy relationships with themselves and others, communicating their needs, boundaries, and interests effectively. If you are looking to expand and deepen your awareness of self and your connection to others, it may be the right moment to take the risk and begin a new relationship with a professional that can hold a secure connection and safe, therapeutic space for exploration. I look forward to hearing your story and holding the complexities of your identity and needs!
