Introduction

Here’s a warmer, smoother version that keeps your voice while making it feel more inviting and personal: I provide a space where it’s truly okay not to be okay—a place where you can feel seen, supported, and accepted as you are. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan, from young adults to older adults, who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting those experiencing compassion fatigue, including helpers and caregivers who have spent so much time caring for others that they’ve lost sight of themselves along the way. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. I tailor our work to your needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based, solution-focused, and person-centered approaches. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, explore what may be keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful change. You deserve space to take care of yourself, too. You no longer have to shrink to fit the room. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater growth, connection, and self-acceptance.If you’re using this for Psychology Today, I can also tighten it so it feels warmer and more natural while staying within their profile section limits.
