Introduction

Are you feeling stuck in your life, relationships, thoughts, emotions or habits? Are you feeling too broken or walled off or anxious to engage in meaningful connections with others? Are you struggling with knowing or liking who you are? Do you get stalled overthinking things? Current research suggests that meaningful connections are at the core of solid mental health. Do you need help identifying what is holding you back from a life of meaningful connections and healthy relationships? Do you feel lost, confused or alone? Using a range of different modalities tailored to your needs, I'll help you gain tools to navigate anxiety, depression, insecurities and trauma in order to build a healthy relationship with yourself and others, find a sense of purpose, overcome past trauma and grow through your challenges. I became a therapist because I care deeply about others. Whether you're hesitant to try out therapy or you've been doing this for years, I will make you feel comfortable and provide a safe space where you can be open and honest. I believe people are incredible, resilient and can find the insights and tools they need by engaging in the therapeutic process.
