Introduction

I began my counseling journey as a counselor and group leader at a residential treatment center for youth, where I developed a passion for helping others heal and grow. Of necessity providing care in rural/frontier Wyoming, I have developed as a generalist counselor. However, I specialize in marriage and couples counseling, treatment for depression and anxiety, and trauma-informed therapy using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also have extensive experience addressing addiction issues including pornography and sexual addiction. My goal is to help client empower their best selves and create a life worth living--reducing depression and anxiety while increasing happiness, peace, and meaningful connection in their relationships and everyday life.
