I became a therapist because I’ve always been fascinated by what makes us human—how our experiences shape the way we think, feel, relate, and respond to the world around us. My approach combines evidence-based therapy with an understanding of the mind-body connection, helping clients not only understand why they feel stuck, but develop practical ways to move forward. I specialize in working with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, as well as high performers who may appear successful on the outside while struggling internally with overthinking, perfectionism, self-doubt, burnout, or feeling like they should be doing more. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and individualized. I integrate approaches such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic and nervous-system-informed strategies to help clients better understand their patterns, build greater psychological flexibility, and develop a healthier relationship with their thoughts and emotions. Whether you're trying to manage anxiety, heal from past experiences, improve your performance, or simply understand yourself on a deeper level, my goal is to help you create meaningful change while becoming more confident in navigating life as it actually is.
