Introduction

Choosing a therapist is a big step, and finding the right fit is key. I'm a psychotherapist in Colorado, and my goal is to create a safe space where you can heal and grow. I specialize in helping people navigate the challenges of trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful and effective therapy that helps your brain reprocess difficult memories, so they no longer have the same emotional charge. This can be especially helpful if you feel stuck or overwhelmed by past experiences. I also work with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), providing support for the unique challenges that come with this trait, like managing sensory overload and intense emotions. Together, we can find strategies to help you not just cope but thrive with your sensitivity. I offer video counseling for anyone in Colorado and in-person sessions for those in the Arvada area. I believe in making sure we're a good match, so I offer a 30-minute initial consultation for just $15, which is then applied to your first session if you decide to continue. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you on your journey toward healing.
