Hello, I’m Dr. Sean Harris, a clinical psychologist who works with children, teens, young adults, parents and families who are struggling with big emotions and hard-to-manage behaviors. Many of the clients I see experience intense mood swings, frequent emotional outbursts, anxiety, impulsive or risky behaviors, ongoing conflict at home or school, and difficulty managing relationships. For parents, this often looks like feeling stuck, worried, or unsure how to help when nothing seems to work. For kids and teens, it can feel overwhelming, confusing, or out of control. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and provide DBT-adherent treatment, teaching clear, practical skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and communication. My focus is on helping clients better understand their emotions, reduce crisis behaviors, and learn tools they can use in real-life situations—at home, at school, and with peers. I take a collaborative, supportive approach and work closely with families when appropriate. My goal is to help clients and parents feel more confident, reduce day-to-day stress, and create meaningful, lasting change that supports long-term emotional well-being.
