Hi, I’m Sean. I offer therapy that is warm, grounded, thoughtful, and practical. I am a father of three, a husband — and yes, sometimes a bit of a nerd. I have years of training and experience helping people work through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and the many challenges life throws at us. I try to bring steadiness, honesty, humor, and real-life perspective into our sessions. When we meet, you can expect support, nonjudgment, and honest conversation. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, work through what may be getting in the way, and move toward a life that feels healthier, clearer, and more fulfilling.
