Introduction

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 18 years of experience helping adults manage anxiety, depression, anger, and chronic stress. I work especially well with men who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated and want practical tools—not just insight—to create real change. Many clients come to me feeling on edge, burned out, reactive, or discouraged by repeating the same patterns at work or in relationships. They’re often high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally with self-doubt, irritability, or emotional shutdown. My role is to help you slow things down, understand what’s driving those patterns, and build skills that actually work in daily life. My approach is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused strategies to help clients regulate emotions, reduce stress, improve communication, and rebuild confidence. I’m direct but supportive, and sessions are focused on forward progress—not endless venting. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, anger management concerns, life transitions, relationship stress, and burnout. I offer secure telehealth therapy throughout Arizona and aim to create a calm, respectful space where you can work toward meaningful, sustainable change.
