Introduction

I believe meaningful change begins with connection. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals, couples, parents, and families can explore challenges with honesty and hope. I approach each person with curiosity and respect, recognizing that every story is shaped by unique experiences, culture, and relationships. Whether helping an individual rediscover balance, guiding couples toward deeper understanding, or supporting parents and children through life’s transitions, my goal is to help clients restore trust, strengthen relationships, and foster emotional resilience. I help individuals, couples, parents, and families navigate challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. Using approaches like CBT and the Gottman Method, I support clients in improving communication, managing emotions, and creating lasting, positive change. Life can feel heavy, but you don’t have to carry it alone. I offer a safe, understanding space where individuals, couples, and families can heal, grow, and reconnect. Together, we’ll uncover what’s possible and take meaningful steps toward balance, clarity, and lasting change.
